Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items
• Customized or personalized jewellery
• Items returned without original packaging

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange

Exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Shipping for Returns

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
